Sharon Konwisarz started her career in Real Estate in 2005.  She brings over 25 years of additional experience in Finance and Sales Management within both the Computer Technology and Construction Industries. One accomplishment she is very proud of is the Project Management role she held with her family's new home construction build in Caledon ON. She is happy to be a home owner!  In 2013, she added a new position with welcomed responsibility & became a Landlord.  She is a proud Mother of 2 Wonderful Children & has a connection with her Husband, that includes similar Values, Work Ethic & Financial Management & Discipline.  

Understanding the importance of Volunteering, she has been actively involved with the Health Care Center in Orangeville since 2014 and has been teaching Grade 8 Students within the Peel Region a course called "Economics for Success" through Junior Achievements of Central Ontario since 2012.

There is an incredible sense of gratification with every successful home or building placement that has been achieved with all her clients.  Continuing to assist clients to make life changing investment decisions is personally viewed as an honor and a great responsibility that she will embrace wholeheartedly and view with high regard.

Sharon Konwisarz is a conscientious and thoroughly detailed agent.   When she started assisting my wife and I in the search for our house she took the time to ask us lifestyle questions as a couple and our children.  She then built searches around our requirements that help us understand what the market held for the amount of money we were prepared to spend.     
After spending time looking we had found some that were a good fit but not close enough to what we wanted and so it continued.  During the course of our searching she suggested a range higher than we wanted which allowed a house that had been dropping in price to fall within our criteria and we ended up buying that one.
 
Sharon really shone by helping with negotiations, she can be a bulldog on the important points, and searches for previous permits, or any surprises that could have been costly afterwards.   There were some questionable areas of purchase that had us nervous, the addition to the house, and property lines.   A neighbor had claimed they owned part of the land by virtue of planting their bushes there previously and Sharon helped get the original drawings clearly denoted this wasn't the case which saved a costly survey and settled the four feet on that side of the driveway.
